Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through www.tuppie.co.nz (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Tuppie”). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.


1. General

We sell apparel and related products online within New Zealand and internationally. These Terms apply to all customers unless otherwise required by law.Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 (where applicable).


2. Products & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We may change or discontinue products at any time without notice.
  • We try to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen shows them exactly.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are shown in NZD unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices include GST (if applicable).
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
  • We may accept or reject any order at our discretion.
  • An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.
  • If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide a refund if payment has been taken.

5. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.
  • We use secure third-party payment providers.
  • We do not store your credit card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes shown on our website, but delivery times are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact

Sale items are final and not eligible for return.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Items (Your Rights Under NZ Law)

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or not as described.If an item is faulty:

  • You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
  • We will cover return shipping for faulty items.

8. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift cards have an expiry date as stated at time of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Tuppie and may not be used without permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under NZ consumer law.


11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
