ELIGIBILITY
- Returns are accepted withing 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags attached.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Contact our customer service team at sales@tuppie.co.nz to request a return authrization.
- Provide the purchase Order Number and the reason for the return.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us withing 48 hours of receiving the items for assistance. If you contact us after 48 hours, we are not obligate to accept the return or process a refund.
